Cancelation Policies

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Once booked the client is locked in for that time. The client can switch booking to the next available time on the calendar up to 48 hours of that specific booked time if availability permits (within 3 months to reschedule).

SECURITY DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 

FULL REFUNDS ARE GIVEN UP TO 7 DAYS OF THE BOOKED TIME WITH A 15% PROCESSING FEE

NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER 30 DAYS OF BOOKING. 

Elegance In Frame HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A BOOKING AT ANY TIME

If Elegance In Frame feels the client has violated any policies at any time, Elegance In Frame reserve the right to cancel with no notice given and the client will NOT receive a refund.

Elegance In Frame WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SERVICE CANCELATIONS
